JULIET BALCONIES
We manufacture and install Juliet balconies for private and commercial clients and can install one-off balconies for houses or for multiple blocks of flats.
We work closely with our clients to value engineer these balconies to ensure the design specification is met while considering overall budgets.
The balconies are available in a wide range of finishes including galvanising and powder coating.
Our team are trained and certified to carry out the installations with safety and quality at the forefront at all times. A quality checksheet is available to our client upon completion.
FREESTANDING BALCONIES
Structural freestanding balconies have become a popular addition to flatted developments and our team has successfully completed a number of these products. As a structure, these types of balconies fall under UKCA marking execution class 2 and we work closely with our clients to ensure the design and fabrication pack meets all the relevant UKCA and building reg requirements. We will site survey each freestanding balcony and our installation teams with expertly fit the product and complete quality checksheets for final sign off.
BALUSTRADES
We have been at the forefront of internal and external balustrading for more than 60 years and have manufactured and installed internal stair balustrades, with various specifications, throughout the country.
Our dedicated team understand the quality required from the manufacturing process right through to the end result on site. We strive to give our customers the best job, with safety considered at all times, and we issue our customers
with a risk assessment and method statement for all projects.
FENCING
The fabrication and installation of fencing is part of our core business, and we have been successfully delivering projects, with a range of finishes, in this field since 1958.
INTERNAL BALUSTRADE RAILS
For over 60 years, we have manufactured internal stair balustrade rails for block of flat developments. Our design team can value engineer the specifications and our fabrication teams can expertly manufacture to the exact dimensions. In line with our health & safety policy, we will issue risk assessments and methods statements prior to our installation teams arriving on site.
The balustrade rail can be finished with plastic capping or timber handrail.
